The holidays are a time to spread joy and cheer, and a great opportunity for us to thank and appreciate our customers.
This past holiday season, we celebrated by sending out local technicians to surprise and delight some of our customers with an extra special gift as a part of our “Festive Fleet.”
Technicians nominated deserving customers who they were personally touched by this year and hand-delivered “thank you” gifts. The gifts included, flat screen TVs, iPads, gift cards, and most importantly, showed our customers how much we appreciate them.
“It was amazing to see Mr. Ryan’s reaction,” said Victoria Rubio, HR Manager, Comcast Tucson. “He was at a loss for words, which he said it quite tough. It is so heartwarming to see this simple act making a difference in our customer’s life.”
