Comcast Cares Day – Register to Volunteer!
From boxing donated food to mentoring kids about STEM and Technology, our employees volunteer along with the community to make a difference in Southern Arizona.
In April, we will celebrate that commitment through Comcast Cares Day, as 1,000 Comcast volunteers join together to make change happen across Southern Arizona.
Comcast Cares Day has grown to become one of the State’s largest single-day corporate volunteer effort where Comcast employees, community partners, non-profits, families, and friends all join together to clean, rejuvenate and beautify projects around Tucson
Comcast Cares Day is a chance for us to not only give back, but to also teach our children the value of volunteering as families work together side by side. Last year, one out of every five Comcast Cares Day volunteers was under the age of 18. We demonstrate our dedication to youth in our volunteer projects as well. For example, last year, nearly 1,000 volunteers helped improve several organizations in Southern Arizona including local youth organizations, with the goal of improving the learning environment so students can pursue their education with added enthusiasm.
Comcast Cares Day will take place on Saturday, April 21, The day will begin with sign-in and breakfast at 7:00 AM and conclude with lunch by 1:00 PM. Sign up to volunteer online at www.ComcastInTheCommunity.com or view individual projects below and sign up through the direct links.

Crossroads Park community volunteers will join I am You 360 for a family-friendly, fun-filled event! The day will start with volunteers participating in a 5K run/walk to support I am You 360 – A non-profit supporting Foster Children in Southern Arizona.

You can help by sorting donated personal hygiene items and clothing, stuffing Empowerment bags which will be given to S. AZ children living in Foster Care.
